How it works

1. Pull overdue invoices from QuickBooks, Stripe, and Gmail; verify each amount, client, and context before any word is sent.
2. Record each one in the shared chase tracker (a sheet the owner can also edit) with amount, age, and last contact.
3. Chase on the ladder: day 3 friendly nudge, day 7 firm reminder with invoice attached, day 14 final notice with statement — each drafted in the owner's voice and queued for owner approval.
4. When paid, mark it, thank the client warmly, and log the recovery.

What done looks like

Money confirmed in the account, tracker updated, recovery logged with evidence.

Knows when to escalate

A client disputes the invoice, goes silent past day 21, or the amount exceeds the owner's set threshold.
